Shipping & Delivery
House of Herbs packs orders in the UK and keeps delivery information visible before payment so you can confirm the route that feels right for you. Rates appear in checkout, and the order confirmation email is the quickest reference once payment is complete.
Dispatch timing
Most orders are prepared after payment clears and move into dispatch as quickly as possible. Handmade products can occasionally need a little more preparation time during busy periods, but we keep the process straightforward and update customers when an order needs longer than expected.
If you are ordering for a specific date, place the order early enough to allow for dispatch and carrier travel time rather than relying on the fastest possible delivery window.
Delivery options
Shipping choices and delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place the order. That gives you a clear final view of the basket, delivery method and total price in one place.
When the parcel is on the way, use the order email for tracking or delivery updates where available. If a shipment looks delayed, contact House of Herbs support with the order number so we can check the latest status for you.
International shipping
International availability can change depending on carrier rules and destination restrictions. If you are ordering from outside the UK and want to check whether a formula can be sent to your address, contact support before ordering and we will confirm what is currently possible.
Customs fees, local taxes or import delays are set by the destination country rather than House of Herbs, so they remain the customer’s responsibility where they apply.
Returns and order help
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or unsuitable, email support within 14 days and include the order number plus a short description of the issue. We will explain the next step and confirm whether a replacement, refund or return is the best route for the order.
Before ordering, you can also use the ingredients guide, reviews page or contact page if you want a calmer answer on routine fit, patch testing or delivery expectations.
