We do not use support messages or checkout details as a shortcut for unrelated marketing. If you want brand updates, the newsletter signup is the clear opt-in route.

How we store and retain data

Customer records are kept only for the time needed to manage orders, provide support and meet legal, tax or fraud-prevention requirements. Access is limited to the people or services needed to run House of Herbs responsibly.

Payment details are processed by the checkout provider and are not stored in full inside the theme or companion plugin.
